To celebrate the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 Special Edition in tribute to Jean-Michel Basquiat, Chef Sean O'Toole has created nothing short of an unforgettable gastronomic celebration. Held in an exclusive setting, this event invites you into a world where luxury, art, and fine dining intersect with an unparalleled sense of style and sophistication. The menu itself, a masterclass in culinary street food artistry, combines classic ingredients with inventive presentation and layered flavors, much like the assemblage process in Dom Pérignon's winemaking and Basquiat’s own approach to his artwork—layered, bold, and eclectic. Splashes of 2006 Dom Pérignon P2 and 2009 Dom Pérignon Rosé add vibrant color to the menu for this gastronomic evening.
